What does We Are Play do?
We Are Play is a London event staffing agency. We recruit, brief and manage brand ambassadors, hosts, registration teams, product demonstrators, immersive actors and event managers for brands, agencies and producers.
Where do you work?
We are based in London and staff events across the UK and internationally, with local teams in cities including Madrid, Milan, Warsaw, Dallas and Miami, and European roadshows. Share your cities, dates and language requirements.
How do you recruit your staff?
Every team member goes through our three-step process: application, video call and an in-person meeting. Abroad, we use our own local teams recruited the same way, and can send our event managers to lead them.
Do you work behind the scenes for agencies?
Yes. We supply teams white label for agencies and producers, as well as working directly with brands. Tell us how you want the team to represent your agency.
Do you supply actors and costume characters?
Yes. Immersive actors, costume characters, presenters, DJs and SFX make-up artists can work alongside your brand and event teams.
Can you provide multilingual staff and travel support?
Yes. We supply multilingual hosts, airport greeters and transport coordinators, and have managed flights, visas, hotels and transfers for international guests.
What should I include in a staffing brief?
Start with dates, locations, shift times, roles and team size. For immersive work or roadshows, add the route, guest interactions, languages, scripts and rehearsal or training needs.
Can you manage the team on site?
Yes. Every booking gets a full briefing and agency support, with a trained reserve on standby. Our event managers brief the team, oversee shifts and support delivery from setup to the final day.
