01The brief
TikTok’s Youth Council is a group of young people from around the world who advise the platform on safety and wellbeing. It is run by a safeguarding company, who were our client on this job. In 2025 the council grew to 28 teens from 15 countries, with new members from Nigeria, Cameroon, Canada, Qatar, Myanmar, Poland, Argentina, Australia and Czechia.
The council met in person at TikTok UK HQ in London in July 2025, and each member travelled with a guardian. Our client asked us to handle all the logistics, so the summit could run without anyone worrying about how people got there.
02What we did
We booked the whole trip, then ran it.
One team looked after everything, from the first booking to the last session.
Flights and visas
Flights booked for members and their guardians from 15 countries, with visas arranged where they were needed.
Hotel, transport and venue
We booked the hotel, the private transport and the conference space.
Airport hostesses
Multilingual hostesses met members and guardians at arrivals and took them to their private transport.
Registration and hosts
Multilingual hosts ran registration and looked after members through the summit.
- 28teens on the council
- 15countries
- 5bookings, one team
- 2multilingual teams
03The result
Getting everyone to London. Flights and visas had to line up across 15 countries, each with its own rules. Every booking was for two people, a member and their guardian.
Looking after them on arrival. Multilingual airport hostesses met each pair at arrivals and took them to private transport and the hotel. The council speaks many languages, so the people meeting them needed to as well.
Running the summit. We booked the conference space, and our multilingual hosts ran registration and looked after members throughout.
It all sat with one team, so our client, TikTok and the council could focus on the summit.
Why there are no photos. This was a youth event with under-18s, so for safeguarding reasons we don’t publish pictures from it.
Let’s talk.
If you’re planning something similar, we’d love to hear about it.
