Experiential staffing agency

Experiential staffing means supplying and managing the people who run brand experiences. We work for experiential agencies, producers, production companies and brands, from one brand ambassador to a full event crew.

Experiential work needs people who can think on their feet and stay on brief. Experiential recruitment comes down to finding those people. We find them, train them and manage them, so your team can get on with the build and the client.

Agencies and production companies come to us for overflow, for a whole team or for one specialist role. We work with tech, sport, esports, retail, fashion and PR clients, and with overseas brands that need a local team in the UK.

How we work with agencies.

  1. 01

    One contact

You deal with one person, not twenty staff. When the plan changes, you tell us and the team knows.

  2. 02

    Your name on the badge

We can work under your name, in your branding. Here is how white-label works.

  3. 03

    You approve the people

You see profiles or intro videos before anyone is booked. On big jobs the client can meet them too.

  4. 04

    Report in your format

We send timesheets, shift photos, KPIs and notes in the format your client expects.
