How we work at sporting events.

    Experts in the role

    We book for proven experience in that exact job, and check previous work before anyone is shortlisted. New starters work beside experienced leads.

    Vetted and known to us

    Everyone comes through an application, a video call and a meeting. DBS checks where the job needs them.

  3. 03

    Accreditation first

    At the 2024 final every team member needed UEFA accreditation and ID each day, and 100% of our team were accredited daily. Official kit needed UEFA approval. We build that into the plan from the start.

    You see everyone first

    For OPPO, shortlisted talent sent intro videos and met the client at an in-person casting before anyone was confirmed.

  5. 05

    We change with the plan

    The OPPO brief started as three pop-ups and became one stand plus the Wembley village, and the team changed with it.

    Every shift filled

    We keep reserves on site and arrange same-day replacements, which gave us 105% staffing compliance across 450 shifts at our biggest fan festival. Check-in is by GPS and selfie on our LiveForce app, so you can see who is on site, and you get a KPI report each day: fill, check-ins, guests and spend.

    Daily reporting

    We kept a signed attendance sheet for the client each day at the final, and at Wimbledon the numbers were in the client’s report the morning after.

    The Split 1 and Split 2 Playoffs in London and the Year 3 Championship at Resorts World Arena at the NEC, Birmingham.

Are your staff experienced in sport?

Yes. We book people with proven experience in the role, then vet and brief them for your event. You approve profiles before anyone is confirmed.

Have you worked on UEFA events?

Yes. We staffed OPPO’s stand at the UEFA Champions Festival by Tower Bridge and the OPPO Village at Wembley for the 2024 Champions League Final, through its agency, Pico.

Can you work with accreditation rules?

Yes. Every team member at the 2024 final needed UEFA accreditation and ID each day, and we plan for that from the first call.
