Fan zone staff

Fan zone staff run the partner stands, queues and guest services at major sporting events. We supply teams for fan zones, fan festivals and sponsor activations.

We recruit, train and manage fan zone staff for sponsors, agencies and event producers. Our work includes OPPO’s stand by Tower Bridge and its village at Wembley for the 2024 Champions League Final, and demo teams at the Team GB Fanzone in King’s Cross.

A fan zone is a crowd job with a brand job on top. Your team has to keep people moving, deliver the activation and stay cheerful on a long day. We plan accreditation, kit and breaks from the first call.

  • 726demos at the Team GB Fanzone
  • 1,083fan interactions in two days

How we run a fan zone team.

  1. 01

    Accreditation first

Fan zones at major finals run on accreditation. For OPPO that meant daily ID for everyone and sign-off on the official kit, so we plan passes and approvals first.

  2. 02

    Change with the plan

Sponsor plans can move late in a tournament, so we keep the team flexible. OPPO went from three planned pop-ups to one stand and the Wembley village.

  3. 03

    Plan zone by zone

Each zone gets its own lead and its own brief, so a change at the gate does not stop the stand.

  4. 04

    Report every day

Each day at the final, the client got a signed attendance sheet. Numbers can go into your own report format.

FAQs.

Can you staff a UEFA fan zone?

Yes. We ran OPPO’s stand at the UEFA Champions Festival by Tower Bridge, then the OPPO Village at Wembley on final night.

Can you handle accreditation?

Yes. Tell us the rules early and we will get everyone’s ID and passes in order before the first shift.

Can you supply staff who speak other languages?

Yes. Tell us which languages your fans speak and we will match them from the 25 we have in rotation.

Do you work with sponsors or organisers?

Both. Most of our work is for sponsors and their agencies, and we can work under an agency’s name.

Can you staff fan zones abroad?

Yes. We recruit local teams the same way we do in London, and have worked in 15 countries.
