White-label event staffing for agencies

White-label staffing means a staffing agency supplies people who work under your name. We can send extra hands for a single shift or the whole crew, in the UK or abroad.

Agencies and producers come to us when they need more people than they have, or a whole team they would rather not build. The team wears your branding or your client’s and is briefed to represent you.

We don’t contact your client about the work, or seek work from them because of it, without your written agreement. That is in our terms.

Selected work.

Planning notes.

  1. 01

Decide whose name the team works under

It could be your branding, your client’s or something neutral, so settle it before uniforms are ordered and the briefing is written.

  2. 02

    Approve the people

You see profiles of everyone we put forward before the day.

  3. 03

Keep to one contact on each side

You deal with one person at We Are Play, and the team knows that questions go through you.

  4. 04

    Report in your format

After the job we report back in the format you need for your client.

FAQs.

Will my client know you supplied the team?

Not from us. The team represents you on site, and we do not contact your client about the work without your written agreement.

Can you work alongside our own staff?

Yes. We often add to an agency’s existing team, or supply the team leaders while you supply the brand experts.

How do we start?

Send a white-label brief and we call you to talk it through.
