Event staff hire in London
Event staff are the hosts, registration teams, crew and managers who run a live event on the day. You can hire them from us in London and across the UK.
Whether you need corporate event staff or a team for a launch, a fan festival or a pop-up, we can send a handful of temporary event staff for an evening or 200+ for a festival weekend.
We staff events at ExCeL, Olympia, The O2, Wembley, the NEC Birmingham and venues across the UK. We meet all our event crew and promotional staff before they work a shift for you, and bigger teams come with a team leader or event manager. If you need performers too, see immersive event staffing. For specialists, see our brand ambassadors and exhibition staff pages.

Planning notes.
- 01
Plan for the busiest hour
Guests arrive in waves, at doors, stage times and signings, so we plan registration and queue cover around the busiest hour rather than the daily total.
- 02
Give each area its own team
A team, a brief and a lead for each area means everyone knows their part of the show. At the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival that came to eight teams.
- 03
Recruit for the audience
Fans can tell who knows the game, the sport or the product, so we pick people who do and then brief them on the practical side.
- 04
Send the venue rules early
The rules on bags, props, re-entry and accreditation all go into the briefing, so nobody has to make one up on the spot.

FAQs.
How much notice do you need?
The more the better, but we often staff events at short notice. Call us on +44 (0)208 064 0321 and we will tell you straight away what we can do.
Can we approve the team first?
Yes. We send profiles of the people we put forward, so you can see who will be representing you.
What do the staff wear?
Your uniform if you supply one. If not, we agree a dress code with you, such as all black.
What does a quote include?
It lists staffing by role, number of people and hours, then running costs such as local travel or equipment hire, then a management fee for recruitment, briefing and reporting. Our guide to what affects the cost of event staff explains each part.
Is there a minimum shift length?
Some bookings carry one. If yours does, it is shown on your quote.
How do you track staff on the day?
Everyone confirms, reads the brief and checks in on our LiveForce app. Check-in uses GPS and a selfie, so they must be on site, and our team monitors every check-in and check-out. Timesheets and reports follow the job.
Are your staff insured?
Yes. We hold employers’ liability and public liability insurance, and can send the details for your venue or tender.
