01The brief

Bevec, a growth office for life sciences companies, launched Bevec One to 60 guests at Victoria House in Bloomsbury. It needed a small team to run the welcome, so it could focus on the room.

02What we did

A small team stayed with the event from the first guest to the last.

We were on site an hour before the first guest.

    The team arrived an hour before guests, with passes already sorted with the venue.

    Guests welcomed at the desk and checked in by QR code.

    Coats and bags looked after and kept organised through the event.

    Our floater helped through the presentation and lunch, then cleared the room by 3pm.
