International event staff and multilingual hosts

International event staffing means recruiting a local team where your event is. We supply multilingual hosts, transport coordinators and brand teams, with one manager on our side for the whole job.

Our multilingual and bilingual event staff are recruited the same way as our London team.

We have delivered in 15 countries with 25 languages in rotation: the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, the Czech Republic, Turkey, the United States, the UAE, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong.

We also supply promotional event staff, brand ambassadors and local event managers, or we can send our own managers from London when you want a familiar face on site. Our links to hotels and venues around the world can help too.

We vet local staff the same way.

We hire near your event, so the team knows the city and speaks the language. Each person comes through the same three steps as our London team, and you approve profiles before anyone is booked.

  1. 01

    Application

Every applicant sends us their experience and photos, and we check their previous event work.

  2. 02

    Video call

We speak to each person ourselves, in the language the job needs where we can.

  3. 03

    In-person meeting

We meet them and walk them through how a shift runs before their first booking.

25 languages in rotation, including English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi and Vietnamese.

Planning notes.

  1. 01

    Settle visas and permits first

We never assume who handles visas or work permits. We agree it with you before anyone is booked.

  2. 02

    Brief in local time

Shift times, venue rules and contacts all go into the briefing in local time, so nobody turns up at the wrong hour.

  3. 03

    Match languages to roles

Tell us which roles need which languages. A desk that serves three nationalities needs a different team from a stand that serves one.

  4. 04

Choose a local or London team

We usually go local, because it keeps travel costs down and the team knows the city. We send our own managers when you want continuity.

The United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, the Czech Republic, Turkey, the United States, the UAE, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. If you’re bringing an event to the UK, we will be your local team.

What we need from you.

  • Languages needed for each role
  • Who arranges and pays for travel and accommodation

  • Your local contact
