Immersive event staffing and actors in London
Immersive event staffing means casting actors and performers for a live experience and supplying the team that runs it.
You can hire event actors for corporate events and live experiences in London, across the UK and abroad, along with the hosts and event managers to run them.
We supply and run the whole team from one plan. Set, sound and technical production stay with your production team.

How we work with productions.
- 01
Casting to the brief
We shortlist people who have done the role before, share video profiles, and you approve every performer. For the HERD premiere the client chose its two zombies from video auditions.
- 02
Rehearsals and briefings
We book performers into your rehearsals and brief the whole team on one running order. For HelloFresh, the families rehearsed with the agency and the client a week before going live.
- 03
Safety and welfare
Scare formats need waivers, a safety briefing and a clear way out for every guest. Child performers need council licences, risk assessments and consent, and we handle the paperwork.
- 04
One supplier for everyone
Actors, hosts, ambassadors and managers all come from us, and you deal with one person throughout.
What we staff.
Immersive theatre and themed shows
We supply actors, character performers and interactive hosts for scripted or semi-scripted shows, plus the team on the doors and queues. Your director keeps the creative, and we look after casting, rehearsal calls and cover for breaks.
Scare experiences and Halloween
You can hire scare actors, zombie actors and costume characters from us, along with waivers, safety briefings and a queue team. For Uber Eats at King’s Cross, two actors delivered jump scares for four hours, with no more than three guests inside at a time.
Premieres and red carpets
We cast characters from the film who can work a carpet, a stage and a crowd. At the HERD world premiere, two zombie actors stayed in character from make-up at 10am to the last scare at 9pm.
Brand activations and live stunts
We cast performers and real people for scenes in public, and sort the licences and event team to match. For HelloFresh at Waterloo, families cooked and ate dinner live inside a giant box on the concourse.

FAQs.
What is immersive event staffing?
It means casting performers for a live experience, such as actors in character, scare actors and costume characters, and supplying the hosts, queue team and event manager who run it. We do both from one plan and one contact.
Can you supply immersive theatre actors?
Yes. We shortlist performers for the brief and send video profiles, and you approve every performer before they are booked. We can also supply the front-of-house team around them.
How quickly can you cast actors?
It depends on the roles and how specific the look or skill is. For the HERD premiere, an open call brought in video auditions from trained actors and the client had a few days to choose. Send us the characters and dates and we will tell you what is realistic.
Can you staff a scare experience safely?
Yes, if safety is written into the plan. At the Uber Eats Halloween activation every guest signed a waiver and a health and safety form, no more than three went in at a time, and anyone could raise their hands and call to be let out.
Do you provide sets or technical production?
No. We supply and manage the people. Sets, sound, lighting and technical production stay with your production team.
