Actors for brand activations and PR stunts

Actors for brand activations perform live for the public, on brief and in character. We cast them and supply the event team that keeps it running.

A PR stunt gets one go, usually in public and often with press watching. We cast actors for brand activations and launches, rehearse them with your agency, and bring the hosts, runners and event manager who keep it safe and on time.

We have put actors inside a giant takeaway bag at King’s Cross, a live family dinner in a box at Waterloo and zombies on the red carpet in Leicester Square. For longer shows, see immersive event staffing.

How we run a stunt.

  1. 01

    Cast on video

Headshots show how someone looks, and video shows how they move and hold a scene. You approve every performer.

  2. 02

    Rehearse with the client

The HelloFresh families had their rehearsal with the agency and the client seven days before the first live dinner.

  3. 03

    Handle the paperwork

If children are involved, we take care of the licences, risk assessments and parental consent.

  4. 04

    Plan for the press

Timings, spokespeople and photo calls all go in the running order, so the actors are ready when the cameras are.

FAQs.

Can you cast actors for a PR stunt?

Yes. We shortlist on video, you approve the cast, and we rehearse them before the day.

Do you supply the team around the actors?

Yes. We supply hosts, queue teams, runners and an event manager, so you have one contact.

Can you run a flash mob?

Yes. We bring the dancers, singers and actors, choreograph and direct it, and arrange the rehearsal space. Tell us the place, the crowd and the moment you want.

Can you cast children?

Yes. We arrange the child performance licences, risk assessments and signed parental consent.

What is the difference from immersive staffing?

This page covers short brand moments and stunts. Immersive event staffing covers longer shows and experiences.
