01The brief
In 2023 we worked a season of EA esports shows with its production partner, from the studio at Here East to the eChampions League Finals in Istanbul, with ICON Care for Kaká and Ruud Gullit, and two Apex Legends Global Series arena events.
02What we did
The season ran to nine shows.
We ran accreditation, merch and event crew, from a studio in east London to arenas in London and Birmingham.
ALGS Split 1 Playoffs
We ran accreditation all week and supplied two merchandise staff and a runner.
ePremier League Finals
Our event crew worked the studio for the finals weekend.
eChampions League Knockouts
Our event ops crew worked a rehearsal day and two live days.
eChampions League Finals
We worked with the production crew on site for the final on 7 June.
FIFA 23 Global Series Playoffs
We accredited every crew member and player, and a floater covered breaks and kept the player rooms stocked.
ALGS Split 2 Playoffs
Thirteen of our team were on site: two merchandise team leaders, seven merch staff, two on access control, a runner and the accreditation team leader.
ALGS Year 3 Championship
Our accreditation lead stayed on site all week, with a merchandise team of two leads and three assistants.
