A short chat so we can hear how you talk to people. We’re looking for warmth and common sense.
03Meet us
We meet face to face before your first booking. We check your documents, get you set up and walk you through how a shift runs.
After that you’re on the team. Jobs go live on your LiveForce board, you pick what suits you, and before the day you get the full brief and a named contact on our team.

How long does applying take?
A few minutes. The form is on LiveForce and asks about your experience, where you’re based and which languages you speak.
What happens on the video call?
A short, friendly chat so we can hear how you talk to people. There’s nothing to prepare.
What do I bring when we meet?
Your ID. We check it, get you set up on LiveForce and walk you through how a shift runs.
How do I find jobs?
Once you’re on the team, jobs go live on your LiveForce jobs board. You pick the shifts that suit you.
Do you book people outside London?
Yes. We have delivered in 15 countries and recruit a local team for each job. Everyone goes through the same three steps.
Do you book actors and performers?
Yes. Actors, scare actors, costume characters and presenters apply the same way as everyone else. For immersive roles we cast on video, so when a role comes up you may be asked for a short audition clip.
Do I need experience?
It helps, but it isn’t everything. We’re looking for people who are warm, reliable and good with the public. The job-specific part, we teach you before the day.
