To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver bookings. We do this to take steps you have asked for before a contract, and to perform our contract with you.

To recruit, book and pay event staff, and to carry out right-to-work checks. We do this to perform our contract with you and to meet our legal obligations.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host (Wix), our email, chat and analytics tools and our staff booking system, and with clients where this is needed to deliver a booking. We may also share data where the law requires it. Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Booking, invoicing and staff payment records are kept for up to six years to meet tax and accounting rules.
