# We Are Play > We Are Play (Play Staffing Studios Ltd) is a London-based experiential staffing and event support agency for brands, agencies and producers, working across the UK and internationally. Established 2020. Curated network of 2,000+ Team Players. We Are Play supplies event and retail teams rather than high-volume temporary labour. Every person is recruited through the same three steps, picked for the brief, audience and languages, and briefed before the day. ## What we do - Experiential and event staffing: brand ambassadors, event hosts, registration and accreditation staff, presenters, product demonstrators, event staff, runners, team leaders and event managers. - Guest experience, VIP and hospitality: hospitality and VIP hosts, guest services, accreditation and sponsor activations at matchdays, sporting events and premium events (venues include Wembley and Wimbledon). - Multilingual teams: 25 languages in rotation for international audiences in the UK and abroad. - Immersive and performance: immersive actors, scare actors, character performers, costume characters, role-players, flashmobs, PR stunts, TV extras, voiceover artists, SFX make-up artists. - Sales and data: sampling, surveys, data capture, mystery shoppers, merchandisers, iPad hire. - White-label agency and producer support: we recruit, brief and manage event staff under the agency's name, never contact the end client without the agency's written agreement, and give one accountable contact. - Creators and influencers (a newer service): we shortlist, vet, contact and confirm creators for brand activations, launches and trade shows, on fast turnarounds. The client approves every creator and no creator cost is committed without their sign-off. Works for gifting-led attendance, paid collaborations or both. Creators can get in touch at hello@weareplay.co.uk. - Retail programmes: product specialists and demonstrators in store for launches, residencies and longer programmes, in Selfridges, Harrods, Hamleys, Harvey Norman, Currys, Smyths, Argos, John Lewis, EE, O2 and Vodafone. Train-the-trainer and staff training sessions. - Wider event support: on-site management, registration and check-in, briefing and training, data capture and iPad hire, filming. - Gaming and esports: event managers, team leaders, registration and player care for pros and talent. - Sectors: gaming and esports, pop culture and fan festivals, sport and hospitality, pharma and corporate conferences, exhibitions, technology, retail, brand launches, pop-ups and experiential campaigns. - Travel and event logistics: airport meet and greet, transport coordinators, flights, visas, hotels, transfers, venue sourcing and delegate management, with multilingual hosts. - Play Retail Academy: our training programme for retail product specialists, who demonstrate, explain and sell in store; we also train store teams and their trainers. ## Immersive event staffing Immersive event staffing means casting performers for a live experience and supplying the team that runs it around them. We Are Play casts actors, immersive theatre actors, scare actors, character performers, costume characters and SFX make-up artists in London, across the UK and abroad, and supplies the hosts, queue teams and event managers around them, from one plan and one contact.
